I am soliciting the chorus for volunteers to assist in setting up and taking down the risers for Mid-Winter. The biggest effort is loading and unloading the risers. There are two sets of 7 steps plus the 4th step and back rails. This is a total of 42 pieces. With 6 volunteers it will reduce the effort significantly.
The risers need to be moved in on Wednesday, January 27 in the morning (9am+/-). One set of risers (7 sections including 4th step & back rail) goes on the main stage in the Tuscany Ballroom. The other set of risers(7 sections including 4th step & back rail) goes into the chorus warmup room – in the meeting room area of Peppermill resort (Naples 3 & 4). The risers need to be loaded out of the Peppermill on Saturday night, January 30 following the show (approx 10:30pm).
If you are able to provide transportation of the risers please let me know asap
