The board is forming a Director Search Committee to lead the search for a new director. If you are interested in serving on the committee, please notify one of the board members by rehearsal on 8/10. If you do not want to serve on the committee but would like to provide your opinions or ideas regarding the search, please speak with one of the Board Members at Large – Bill Stephens, Ryan Huff, Nicolas Hamon.
The committee will be responsible for:
- Developing a strategic plan and timeline
- Identifing candidates
- Interviewing candidates
- Making final recommendations to the board
The board will provide the committee with resources from the society specifically designed for assisting in director searches.
